1. Признать победителем по закупу деревянной мебели по лотам Г/521/1, Г/512/4 – ТОО "МебельИнвест".
2. Организационно – административному департаменту, в срок не позднее 20 (двадцати) календарных дней с даты подписания настоящего протокола, заключить договор о закупках с ТОО "МебельИнвест" на общую сумму в размере 2 268 000 тенге без НДС.
3. Закуп деревянной мебели по лотам Г/512/2, Г/512/3 признать несостоявшимся, в соответствии с пунктом 12.8. Правил осуществления закупок ТРУ ТОО «PetroRetail» (после отклонения осталось менее двух коммерческих предложений).
4. В соответствии с пунктами 12.9., 12.10. Правил осуществления закупок ТРУ ТОО «PetroRetail», Товарищество вправе повторно провести закупки способом запроса коммерческих предложений. Повторный закуп должен быть объявлен в срок не позднее 10 (десяти) рабочих дней, со дня, следующего за днем подписания настоящего протокола итогов.
