Rebidding is held in the form of on-line bidding:
- participants admitted by the Organizer to rebidding may repeatedly change their price offers (towards a decrease);
- changes of participant ranks are immediately displayed on the marketplace;
- the offer submission period is automatically extended by 30 minutes if a participant improves their rank;
- minimum step 10 000 KZT
- Step calculation base: From the price offered by the supplier
- submitting a price higher than the one previously submitted by the participant is prohibited.
Best offer before haggling (reference): 11 600 000,00 KZT.
