If the trading procedure is held with an announced starting price
The commission fee is 0.7% of the announced trading procedure amount.
The maximum commission fee is specified individually in the terms of the relevant trading procedure, but does not exceed 4,000,000 (four million) tenge.

If the trading procedure is held without an announced starting price
The commission fee is 0.7% of the final trading procedure amount determined based on the results.
The maximum commission fee is specified individually in the terms of the relevant trading procedure, but does not exceed 4,000,000 (four million) tenge.

Procedure for charging the commission fee
The commission fee is deposited by the Supplier when submitting a bid to participate in the trading procedure and is withheld from the Winner after the bidding results are finalized and officially announced.
